Mobile Information & SMS Consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information sharing is limited to subprocessors that help us deliver SMS service (Twilio, mobile carriers, and message delivery vendors) and only for the purpose of transmitting the message you initiated.

How we collect SMS consent

Consent is collected when you initiate a text message to our support number, (316) 361-6169, from your mobile device. By texting us first, you opt in to receive SMS responses from Origen Labs Support related to your inquiry, your order, and your account. We do not initiate outbound SMS to phone numbers that have not first messaged us, except for delivery-status updates within an active support thread that you started.

How to opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from this program. To re-engage with support, simply text us again.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your support conversation. Most customers receive 1–10 messages per support session. Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Origen Labs does not charge a fee for SMS support.
