Program description
Origen Labs Support is a two-way customer-care SMS program operated by Origen Labs, LLC. Consumers initiate the conversation by texting our publicly-listed support number from their mobile device. We respond with answers to inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns, Certificates of Analysis, and account questions. Replies are generated by a combination of an AI support assistant and human support agents.
This is a customer-care program. Origen Labs does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing SMS messages.
How you opt in
Consent is collected when you initiate a text message to our support number, (316) 361-6169, from your mobile device. By texting us first, you opt in to receive SMS responses from Origen Labs Support related to your inquiry, your order, and your account.
We do not initiate outbound SMS to phone numbers that have not first messaged us, except for delivery-status updates within an active support thread that you started.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your support conversation. Most customers receive between 1 and 10 messages per support session. We do not send recurring messages outside of an active support conversation.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Origen Labs does not charge a fee for SMS support. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier apply per your phone plan.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from this program.
To re-engage with support after opting out, simply text us again — sending us a new message re-confirms your consent.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US mobile carriers.
Privacy
Information you share via SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Mobile information is shared only with the subprocessors that help us deliver SMS service (Twilio, mobile carriers, and message delivery vendors).
