At Origen Labs, LLC, we approach fulfillment with the same precision, care, and operational discipline that define every aspect of our work. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization and confirmation. In certain cases, order review, verification, or internal compliance screening may extend processing timelines. If additional processing time is required, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Options and Carriers
Available shipping methods are presented at checkout based on destination, order contents, and service availability. We do not offer a single standard shipping method. Instead, customers may select from the shipping options available for their order at the time of purchase.
Origen Labs ships through trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection, routing, and fulfillment method may be determined by us where necessary to support secure, compliant, and reliable delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout based on the shipment method selected, destination, order profile, and any special handling requirements.
Additional charges may apply where specialized packaging, expedited handling, or enhanced transit protection is required.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Most products do not require cold-chain handling. Where a product’s characteristics, transit conditions, season, destination, or other fulfillment considerations make temperature-protective packaging advisable, Origen Labs may apply cold-chain or temperature-sensitive shipping measures at its discretion.
When warranted, shipments may include gel packs, insulated materials, dry ice, or other protective packaging designed to preserve product stability during transit. Any applicable surcharge for specialized packaging or handling will be reflected at checkout where appropriate.
Upon delivery, products should be stored immediately in accordance with any storage instructions provided with the product or on the Site.
Packaging
All shipments are packed with care to preserve product integrity throughout transit. Exterior packaging is discreet and designed not to display sensitive product details on the outside of the parcel. Internal packaging materials are selected to support stability, protection, and compliance with applicable carrier and shipping requirements.
Domestic Shipping Only
Origen Labs currently ships only within the continental United States. We do not offer international sales or international shipping at this time.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be unavailable or subject to additional restrictions depending on product type, carrier limitations, or operational considerations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your destination, purchase, and intended use comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Tracking and Delivery
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available. Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion or as required by carrier policy.
Title to products and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier. After that point, transit-related delays, handling issues, or delivery exceptions are outside our direct control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, or if a package is believed to be lost, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or, in the case of a missing package, within 48 hours of the carrier’s marked delivery date.
Claims for damage must include clear photo documentation of the shipping box, internal packaging, shipping label, and affected product(s). We may coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window may be denied.
Address Accuracy and Address Verification
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
For your convenience, address verification tools may be presented during checkout. If a verified or corrected address suggestion is provided, it remains the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the final shipping address entered. This responsibility applies whether the customer accepts the suggested verified address or elects to proceed with the original entry.
Origen Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender events, or losses resulting from an inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly formatted address provided by the customer. If an order must be re-shipped due to an address error, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
Delivery Attempts and Returned Shipments
Delivery attempts are made according to the carrier’s policies. If a recipient is unavailable, the shipment may be re-attempted, held for pickup, or returned to sender.
Origen Labs is not responsible for returned shipments resulting from failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package from the carrier. Where re-shipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is sent again.
Holiday and Peak Shipping Periods
During holidays, promotional periods, severe weather events, or other high-volume shipping windows, processing and delivery timelines may be extended. Transit estimates may be affected by carrier capacity and conditions outside our control.
If your order is needed by a specific date, we recommend selecting the most appropriate shipping option available at checkout and placing your order well in advance.
Shipping Delays Outside Our Control
Origen Labs is not liable for shipping delays or delivery disruptions caused by carriers, weather, natural events, service interruptions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Site at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law.
